Examtgt.Rajasthan तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए आवेदन कल से, देखें कहां कितने पद

जयपुर। पंचायती राज विभाग में तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 14 अगस्त से शुरू हो जाएंगे। तृतीय श्रेणी के प्रथम लेवल में 11,000 पदों और द्वितीय श्रेणी के लिए 9,000 पदों के लिए भर्ती होगी। इनके आवेदन भरने की अंतिम तिथि 4 सितंबर है, लेकिन फीस 2 सितंबर तक ही जमा हो पाएगी। जिला परिषदों के माध्यम से होने वाली इन भर्तियों के लिए 5 अक्टूबर को परीक्षा होने की संभावना है।

पंचायती राज विभाग की ओर से जारी सूचना के अनुसार पहली से पांचवीं कक्षा तक के लिए प्रथम लेवल के शिक्षकों की भर्ती में बीएसटीसी के साथ आरटेट की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना जरूरी होगा। इसी प्रकार छठी से आठवीं तक के लिए द्वितीय लेवल के शिक्षकों की भर्ती में बीएड के साथ आरटेट उत्तीर्ण होना जरूरी होगा।

बांसवाड़ा-!- अध्यापक भर्ती प्रक्रिया में अनमितता को लेकर विभिन्न संगठनों ने नाराजगी जताई है। टीएसपी अजा टेट संघर्ष समिति के अभ्यर्थियों ने कहा कि टीएसपी क्षेत्र में एससी को टेट में 36 प्रतिशत अंकों नहीं करने पर समिति कोर्ट की शरण लेगी। वहीं आरपीएससी 2006 में तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक भर्ती में चयनित एसटी के अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकारी नीति के खिलाफ धरना दिया। वहीं नवचयनित तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा 2012 में नियुक्ति से अबतक वंचित रहने वाले अभ्यर्थियों ने नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में भेदभाव करने को लेकर सोमवार को कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन देने का निर्णय लिया है।

जयपुर। बड़े दिनों से इंतजार कर रहे तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों के लिए बुरी खबर यह है कि उनके तबादले इस चरण में नहीं होंगे। इसके लिए उन्हें दूसरे चरण का इंतजार करना होगा। इसके साथ ही सरकार ने तबादला नीति जारी कर दी है।
राज्य सरकार ने शनिवार को इसका फैसला कर लिया कि फिलहाल तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापकों के तबादले नहीं होंगे। इसके साथ ही 10 प्रतिबंधित जिलों से भी स्थानांतरण करने का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय किया गया है। हालांकि ये तबादलें उन शिक्षकों के ही किए जाएंगे, जिन्होंने सम्बन्धित प्रतिबंधित जिले में दस साल से अधिक अवधि की सेवा पूरी कर ली है।
प्रमुख शासन सचिव (शिक्षा) वीनू गुप्ता की ओर से शनिवार शाम विभाग की बहुप्रतीक्षित तबादला नीति जारी कर दी गई। इसके साथ ही विभाग ने तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापकों के तबादले पहले चरण में नहीं करने के आदेश भी जारी किए हैं। इस श्रेणी के शिक्षकों के तबादले दूसरे चरण में शुरू किए जाएंगे।
विभाग में तबादला प्रक्रिया पिछली बार की तरह ऑनलाइन नहीं होगी। स्थानांतरण के इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी अपने आवेदन नौ जून की अंतिम तिथि तक निर्धारित प्रारूप में संस्था प्रधान से प्रमाणित करा सम्बन्धित उप निदेशक कार्यालय में जमा करा सकेंगे।
विभाग के स्पष्ट निर्देश हैं कि यह नीति माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के समस्त श्रेणियों के अध्यापकों और प्रारंभिक शिक्षा विभाग में द्वितीय एवं तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों पर ही लागू होगी। तबादलों के पहले चरण में तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापकों के तबादले नहीं किए जाएंगे। 27 मई को राज्य में तबादलों पर लगा प्रतिबंध हटाने सम्बन्धी आदेश भी इन पर लागू नहीं होगा।
प्रतिबंधित जिलों के बारे में प्रावधान किया गया है कि इन दस जिलों में दस वर्ष की सेवाएं पूरी नहीं की हों, स्थानांतरण के पात्र नहीं होंगे। लेकिन जिनकी दस साल की सेवा 31 मई 2013 तक पूरी हो गई है, वे आवेदन कर सकेंगे। पात्र आवेदनों में से सम्बन्धित जिले में प्रत्येक विषय के पदों के अधिकतम दस प्रतिशत शिक्षकों के स्थानांतरण ही उनकी वरिष्ठता के आधार पर किए जाएंगे।
ये रहेंगे वंचित
-अनुदानित विद्यालयों से समायोजित शिक्षक
-अप्रेल 2011 के बाद सीधी भर्ती से नियुक्त एवं परिवीक्षा पर कार्यरत शिक्षक
- वर्तमान पदस्थापन पर जिनकी दो वर्ष की अवधि पूरी नहीं हुई है।
रियायतें इनको मिलेगी
- प्रतिबंधित जिलों में 31 मई तक दस वर्ष की सेवा पूरी करने वाले शिक्षक तबादले के पात्र होंगे।
- उन शिक्षकों का स्थानांतरण दो वर्ष पूर्व भी किया जा सकेगा, जो पूर्णत: विकलांग एवं पूर्णत: दृष्टिहीन होंगे। इस श्रेणी में विधवा, परित्यक्ता, अविवाहित महिलाएं एवं ऐसे शिक्षक जो स्वयं या उनके आश्रित ब्रेन टयूमर, एड्स पीडि़त भी शामिल हैं।
-गुर्दा प्रत्यारोपण, कैंसर ऑपरेशन, रेडियोथैरेपी, बायपास या ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी वाले ह्वदय रोगी, गंभीर पक्षाघात से पीडि़तों को भी दो साल के प्रावधान से छूट दी गई है। हालांकि उन्हें गंभीर बीमारी के बारे में राज्य सरकार के किसी मेडिकल कॉलेज का प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
-राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित शिक्षक एवं पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण चाहने वाले शिक्षक भी इस बाध्यता से मुक्त होंगे।
पति-पत्नी होंगे नजदीक
-राज्य सेवा में कार्यरत पति-पत्नी को यथासंभव एक ही या निकटतम स्थान पर स्थानांतरित किया जा सकेगा।
- राज्य या राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित शिक्षकों का तबादला उनके द्वारा दिए गए पांच विकल्पों में से किसी एक पर किया जाएगा।
- वॉक इन इन्टरव्यू, विशेष चयन प्रक्रिया से पदस्थापित होने वाले बीईईओ, एबीईईओ के पदों पर स्थानांतरण में दो वर्ष के न्यूनतम पदस्थापन की शर्त लागू नहीं होगी।
- स्काउट गाईड प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक को उसी विद्यालय में स्थानांतरित किया जाएगा, जहां ये गतिविधियां संचालित हैं।
-स्वेच्छा के आधार पर स्थानांतरण होने पर शिक्षक को यात्रा भत्ता नहीं दिया जाएगा।
फिलहाल माथापच्ची दूर
सूत्रों के अनुसार तबादलों पर लगी रोक हटने के बाद तकरीबन 50 हजार से अधिक तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों की ओर से स्थानांतरण आवेदन आने की संभावना थी। इस निर्णय के बाद किसी एक विभाग में सबसे अधिक संख्या में होने वाले स्थानांतरणों की माथापच्ची से सरकार को फिलहाल राहत मिल जाएगी।
तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों में आक्रोश
राज्य सरकार के इस आदेश की सुनते ही तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों में आक्रोश नजर आया। राजस्थान पंचायती राज कर्मचारी संघ के प्रवक्ता नारायण सिंह के अनुसार सरकार को पहले से यह तिथि घोषित करनी चाहिए थी कि तबादलों का दूसरा चरण कब से शुरू होगा। एक अन्य शिक्षक ने बताया कि यदि सरकार की तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों के स्थानान्तरण की मंशा ही नहीं है तो ये मान लीजिए ये सरकार रहेगी भी नहीं।

जयपुर। प्रदेश में बहुप्रतीक्षित तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया सोमवार से शुरू होगी। पंचायती राज विभाग ने प्रदेशभर में करीब 20 हजार पदों पर जिला परिषदों के जरिए आवेदन मांगे हैं। इसमें तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक के प्रथम स्तर के लिए 11 हजार और दूसरे स्तर के लिए 9 हजार पद तय किए है।
